According to a survey conducted by the state government, an average patient spends at least three days waiting for a consultation with a doctor, and in some cases, up to a week.

"We are committed to providing quality healthcare services to our citizens, and this project is a major step in that direction," said Governor Bello. "We understand the importance of reducing waiting times and improving patient care, and we are working hard to achieve that."

The project has already shown positive results, with several hospitals in the state reporting significant reductions in waiting times and improvements in patient care.
